By using AtomikHabit, you agree to these Terms and to any policies referenced here. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Accounts
You are responsible for the security of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
Subscriptions and Purchases
Premium is sold as an in-app subscription through Apple or Google. Purchases, renewals, cancellations, and restores are handled by the relevant store. Any billing questions should be directed to the store that processed the purchase.
User Content and LGPD Responsibility
You keep ownership of the content you create, but you grant AtomikHabit the right to host, process, and display it as needed to operate the service and public feed features.
If you publish personal data of third parties, you represent that you have a valid legal basis under applicable law, including the LGPD when applicable, and you agree to hold AtomikHabit harmless from claims arising from unlawful publication by you.
You are solely responsible for content you publish, including text, images, links, business information, and any third-party material. You must have all required rights, authorizations, and licenses for that content before publication.
Copyright and Intellectual Property
You may not publish content that infringes copyright, trademark, image rights, or any other third-party rights. We may remove content, limit visibility, or suspend accounts when there are infringement reports, legal demands, or clear policy violations.

Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the service, upload illegal content, abuse moderation systems, or attempt to disrupt the app, backend, or store validation flows.
Analytics and Tracking Technologies
The service may use analytics and measurement technologies, including Google Analytics technologies and Meta Pixel or Meta SDK technologies, for product analytics, campaign attribution, and fraud prevention. By using the service, you acknowledge this processing as described in the Privacy Policy.
Service Availability
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time to maintain the service, comply with law, or improve the product. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.
AI Suggestions and Health Disclaimer
AtomikHabit may offer AI-assisted habit suggestions to help prefill fields in the app. These suggestions are provided for convenience only, may be incomplete or inaccurate, and must be reviewed by the user before use or saving.
AI-generated content in AtomikHabit is not medical advice, health advice, diagnosis, treatment, or a substitute for guidance from a qualified professional. By using the AI suggestion feature, you acknowledge and accept this limitation.
Termination
You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if we believe you violated these Terms or if required by law. You can delete your cloud account from the app.
Disclaimers, Liability, and Indemnity
The service is provided on an as-is and as-available basis, to the maximum extent allowed by law. To the extent permitted by law, AtomikHabit is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.
You agree to indemnify and hold AtomikHabit harmless from third-party claims arising from your misuse of the service, unlawful content, or violation of these Terms.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by Brazilian law. Disputes should be submitted to the competent courts of Brazil, except where mandatory law provides otherwise.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version becomes effective when posted on this page.
